Horrible Customer service and processing time

First time i order with them I mentioned to please let me know if something was sold out. they sent the package and never even told me anything.

2nd time i ordered with them i placed the order on Nov 6th. on their website it says their processing time take 2-3 processing time, received no email of a delay so I called on the Nov. 17 and was promised it would be sent out the 24th call back on the 24 was promised the 28th. Then received an emailed from them on the 28th informing me one item was sold out. I was so mad because when placing the order i made sure everything was in stock to avoid what happened with my first order. When i called the store to asked why i cannot add anything to my order was told two different things. one person told me that i could add an item but if i wanted to to be sent on the 29th it would have to come from their warehouse. However the other person told me no the order is already close no change.

This company has horrible customer services a simple email informing me of processing delays would have been sufficient but the way it was handled was so passive like not a care in the world.

i love their pieces but if this is what they do to their customers i might not purchase again from them.
