Poor customer services, never acknowledge their mistakes, put all the blames on customers.

I purchased items there, after delivered, I found a lot of expired items, wrong items and missing items. When we went back to claim the missing items, they said, we have to wait for 5 weeks for them to verify and investigate. But they require item to be returned or exchanged within 2 days after delivery with 20% charge. They blame us for not checking the item when order and deliver; but whenever we ask for a list of ordered items at the store, they say, the list will come with the good delivery. They don’t want to take responsible for their mistake and so rude when we ask for help.

I would never go back to that place again.

When I went thru all the items price, I saw most of items’ prices are actually more expensive than some smaller wholesalers.

If you return the item back make sure to count it properly, they will trick you...

ZERO for customer service. In their scale of importance, Management comes first, employees come second to ninth, and the customer comes in the tenth place. Their carelessness about customers is in all time high. They make new inconvenient rules everyday, and they want you to shut up and follow. I think it's time to switch to a different wholesaler...

This is a wholesale facility, very good service very good parking and they load your truck up when you pull into a stall. The warehouse people are top of line, you will be very happy with the prices and equally if not more happy with the staff. If your seeking a wholesale facility this is your best option.
