Excellent service, amazing drinks. The important things are the drinks and service: We sat at the bar and our bartender was friendly, informative, knowledgeable and efficient. The drink menu is pretty extensive and unique. I had a spicy basil smash, and it was delicious. The herbs are in cups right there on the bar as reference to how fresh the ingredients are. My husband had an Indian River Mule which was very tasty. The bartender is lighting herbs on fire for certain drinks so they smoke and give drink an even smokier flavor. Oh, BTW, the drinks are strong, so you get your money's worth. On Saturday night, there was an acoustic guitar player ,which was really nice; not too loud; some really good songs, and I could still have a conversation with my husband without yelling. The bar top itself is amazing, reportedly hand made out of a local tree, raw edge, and beautiful. The other parts of the bar are pretty basic in terms of atmosphere. Nothing fancy or hoity toity.    Read moreFive stars isn’t enough. The atmosphere at Indian River Distillery is incredible, laid back, welcoming, and full of character. You can feel the passion behind the place the moment you walk in. Their team is friendly and knowledgeable, and Ray, the owner, is one of those people who instantly makes you feel at home.
What really sets this place apart, though, is their heart. They’re not just making great spirits, they’re grounded in Florida’s rich history and committed to educating people on what it means to drink responsibly. No gimmicks, no shots lined up at the bar, just quality craft and a clear conscience.
If you’re looking for a place that’s authentic, local, and led by people who truly care, Indian River Distillery should be at the top...
Read moreWhat a great spot! Stopped by on a Thursday afternoon and had a few drinks with a friend. It was delicious! Rum Old Fashion was great, plus a few others I had did not disappoint. It was so good I brought the wife back a couple of days later, and she absolutely loved it, too. The Tiki Rum Tiki was incredible, and I'm not even a banana fan. That banana rum wash blew me away. They offer bottles to take home plus have a good size lounge area to host groups. They have a restaurant next door so you can order food in, or theres a gas station deli across the street, plus Walking Tree Brewery is across the street too if you're looking for craft beer/rotating food options. Can't wait to go back to try the rest of the craft cocktails!!!...
