1 star for owner; 5 for Cherie our server (considering it was only her 4th day. She was under lots of pressure and sweating) Now, even though Neddie, the owner, is going to reply that she did nothing wrong ( I read her responses very carefully. She cannot handle criticism. Too bad, there is always something good about it, something to learn from)...I have decided to make one final attempt to assist her with being successful. BTW, some of your customers have worked AND have received training problem resolutions. Point #1 If a customer approaches you at the check out when no customers are around,the customer is trying to save you from any embarrassment. It's time to trust the customer. Not gather the facts or publicly meet with the waitress and then go to the room full of customers to confront the customer trying to help you!! I said I spent $50. $20 for the hard working waitress and $30 for you. You,the owner, offered no apology, no thanks for the help being offered and NOTHING off the bill as is typically done when the establishment messes up! I am glad to see you have lots of positive feedback and that we are an exception. Point #2 Running a restaurant is like shooting a gun. If you don't aim properly, you will never be 100% successful. You may think you know everything. You only have to understand where you are in the grand scheme of things to realize that you can always do better. BE AWARE. I GOT CHEATED! Got charged 3.5% paying w card. No-one even advised me prior. I had cash. I got charged 3.5% charge on the tip!! How dishonest is that? No-one advised. I had cash for tip. To charge me 3.5% extra charge ON THE TIP bc I paid at the end all w card? If they advised I'd have paid tip cash! Filthy dirty place. Unhappy unfriendly waitress. Burnt disgusting fried food. Hope and pray I don't get I'll from it as so many reviews read here! So I got cheated on my bill. Charged 3.5% on food plus tip for not paying cash! No-one even advised of that or warned me! Dark awful place. Never going back.

Our monthly group decided to try this little restaurant. We got there at 9:30 on a Sunday and wait time was no too bad. Our waitress was friendly, knowledgeable and took our drink order in a timely manner. Our food arrived I would not say hot but it was warm. It was very bland, there was really no taste to we decided that my side order of french toast was the best tasting since I had asked to have powdered sugar put on it which David some taste.We were just starting to eat when the owner decided to cut down and belittle one of her staff. It wasn't like she said a few words it went on and on in a loud voice. All conversation at the tables stopped as no one could believe that this so-called professional would do something like that in front of a crowded restaurant. The gentleman at the table behind us made the comment that some people just should not have any kind of authority. When we went up to pay our bill , her an older lady were on the register. She never once thanked us for coming or asked how we enjoyed our meal or the normal things that you expect people to say to you. In fact, she told one of our group to move out of the way so that someone that was paying with a credit card could come up to the machine . Needless to say, this is a restaurant that we will...
