I wouldn't even give this place 1 star. Staff are highly rude . My first time in the store was nothing but issues and it's sad because I actually like the company and was not expecting any complications. I went in to purchase 2 items a birthday shirt for me and uniform pants for my daughter. I get to the register to pay for my items and the one item wouldn't scan because it was recalled. I was upset but of course that wasn't my top priority. So I decided just to get the pants that appeared to be 8 and some change. The pants rung up $14 and some change. I looked at the pants again and showed her the tag clearly showing 8 and change, she then looks at it and was like "oh I see". So she removes the tag that was over the number 1 in front of the 8 then was like "see it's 18 not 8 " . Well how am I supposed to know that when you guys carelessly put your markdown price over it. I asked them to honor it because it's completely their fault and they refused to. I left called the store manager she was no help and disrespectful as well, which led me calling corporate who then offered me a $10 gift card that was supposed to get sent to my email but never received it and also emailed them multiple...

I was at store #01904 in McKeesport last week spent $88.94 on business clothes. Came back today around 2:30pm spent another $90.00 on clothes, went to leave the sensors went off , it was removed. Went to leave 2nd time sensors went off again. I took the clothes back to the counter the 2nd cashier removed another one. I did not receive a sorry ma'am either time, all I got was attitude from them, so I asked for a refund for the embarrassment. Thank God I paid cash this trip. The worst customer service, the manager is rude, overall unpleasant experience at this particular store. I had purchased a pair of shorts (that I was unable to try on the fitting rooms were closed) that did not fit, I had the receipt but the price tag had come off, I also had several more items to purchase. When I asked for a refund or store credit they refused because the price tag was missing even though they still had several pairs of the shorts in the store to sell overall bad business procedures with a sprinkle...
