The manager, Andrew, was extremely rude and insulting to my wife who is almost 80 years old. She walked out after being rudely addressed and insulted. Instead of going to a 3rd party location again, we went to an official location in Pittsburgh to get help after that. We had a lot of fun while activating my phone lines. Two of the most down to earth managers by far. The new hires they were training were very nice as well. If you need a new phone for the holidays or just because, visit this location. You will not be...
