The salesman, Anthony, is very helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. The staff understands the value of working together as a team to achieve a common goal rather than competing among themselves. I was pleased with the information I was given. I do look forward to learning more about ways I can get the most out of my investment. Thanks! Update: the lender was the source of discontent, not the dealership. They knew it was a predatory loan, which I realized after doing the math, but there was nothing I could do, so this vehicle became a burden to me, and a conflict of interest.. interest and fees so high they took 76% of each payment I made. Also, I learned, the lender had installed a device that interrupts the starter, which I can understand being used to deter theft, but was I not their customer? I was using the truck to make deliveries to earn money for the payment when this device was used to stop the vehicle while I was working 20+miles, and more than walking distance, from where I stayed. This wasn't the first time I was stranded making deliveries out in the country where even the GPS is weak. I called the lender to ask them if I could continue working so that I would soon be able to make the payment, and the truck started again. This kept happening due to the untimely availability of funds, and eventually the starter went bad, which I had to replace, because I needed the truck to work. I learned that trust starts inside, and when people aren't trustworthy they don't tend to trust others, even when you're a good person, because making those deals will all but guarantee that they see themselves in you. The work I do isn't always easy, but I make the most of it, and being caught up in the thorns of a predatory loan, knowing I'm throwing away over $400 monthly, with someone lurking in the shadows because the deal was made outside of trust, doesn't help. If I keep the truck and continue to waste my money paying the lender's bad loan, or If I let the truck go back to the dealership and learn the hard lesson about making a bad deal, it is a loss for me. I have to choose what is best, and at this point I've seen the deal that doesn't bring peace, so I will try what does, because paying 76% in interest and fees is just a ridiculous waste of money, which I can use to find a better deal that won't feel like getting caught in a trap with no way out.

Terrible service and Incompetent management. I brought my 14th-gen F-150 with a 10R80 transmission and under 32,000 miles to the dealership for a transmission fluid change. 5 miles after leaving, I started noticing rough shifting, slipping between gears, and smoke. I also saw fluid leaking underneath the truck. When I took it back, the service advisor told me their flush machine had overfilled the transmission and that the smoke and fluid were just excess coming out of the vent tube. Even after they kept the truck for another 3 days, did another flush, and changed the filter, the problems didn’t go away. At that point, the service advisor claimed the transmission itself was bad and even tried to blame me for choosing to change the fluid early, before Ford’s recommended 150,000-mile interval. What makes this frustrating is that the same advisor had originally told me early fluid changes were a smart move to help the 10R80 last longer. Since nothing they did fixed the issue, I checked the transmission myself. The dipstick showed the fluid was way too high, up at the “2” mark, when Ford’s procedure says it should be between the 5 and 6 range. I also confirmed this with Ford’s tech team. Ford’s own service manual makes it clear that overfilling can cause transmission problems, and that’s exactly what I was experiencing. I drained the extra fluid out myself, and since then the transmission has been running perfectly—no slipping, no jerky shifts, no smoke, no leaks. Wasted 12 days in the shop for a mistake that could’ve been fixed with 1 simple search.

My experience has been subpar at best. I was quoted an 8:30-5:30 one day time frame and because I live over an hour away I had to make arrangements to drop off and pick up so that was hard to do, but still understandable. I know people get busy and can’t predict how much work comes in but they had scheduled quite a few recalls that day, which is what mine was. So the second day comes and they call and say it’s ready but because of scheduling I had to have them park next door and I would pick it up after hours. When I got there I could see from very far away that my door handle was not even attached to my door, it was a very big gap between the door and the handle. The paint is completely scraped off of the handle and there are scratches all around the area of the handles. I called the next day about it and was told the service manager would call me back and that did not happen. Then later that day when I went to open my door the whole handle fell off in my hand. So now I am waiting for a return call when a loaner is available to have the door handle and scratched paint fixed. As of right now I would not recommend but if this is fixed and satisfactory I will definitely update this review.

A friend referred Charles Cooper at Kirk Brothers Ford in Vicksburg Mississippi, they had the vehicle I was interested in buying.

I spoke with Charles over the phone, he was professional, warm and welcoming. He walked me through the steps towards purchasing the vehicle including the possible ETA as the vehicle was not yet physically at the dealership, it was inbound and due within the next few days. Charles introduced me, still over the phone, to Finance Manager Robert who was also professional warm and welcoming. After a couple of emails we agreed on a price and I placed a partial down payment to hold the vehicle.

That same afternoon, Charles informs me that vehicle arrived at the dealership and inquired about when I would like to pick it up. We agreed on the following day and at that point, I was sent a credit application to beging the purchasing process, by another Finance Manager also called Robert. After the approval, I was sent the buyers agreement and all the documents that needed to signed electronically. The process took less than five minutes to go over all the documents and sign all electronically. The figures were exactly what we agreed on, and there was not back and forth trying to nickel and dime me. In fact there was no pressure at all during this entire process. Once everything was done, Charles and I agreed to meet at 9 AM the following day at the dealership, and Charles promised that everything will be prepared and ready to go as soon as we arrived. We had our daughter's graduation that day and we really did not have time for a 3 to 4 hours wasted at a dealership including travel time, we live 45 minutes away from Vicksburg.

We arrived at Kirk Brothers Ford of Vicksburg the following day at 9 AM sharp, the vehicle was right upfront, looking sharp and clean from all 4 corners inside and out. Charles met us outside and he was as professional, warm and welcoming as he was over the phone. He advised that everything was ready, and asked me to follow him inside to pay the second half of the down payment. Charles soon after introduced me to both Finance Managers, Robert and Robert who knew about our daughter's highschool graduation and instructed Charles to give me a red bow to take back home to complete the surprise graduation gift. They both congratulated me on the graduation and the purchase and said that they were available anytime I needed anything. Charles handed me a copy of the pre-signed paperwork, the key and manual to the vehicle and walked me out. He sked if I needed any help with the vehicle set up and at 9:10 AM we were heading back home. Are you kidding me? Did this really happen??? Amazing!!!

Charles followed up with a congratulatory text for our daughter's graduation and thanked us again for our business.

A few days later, I received an email from the Service Manager welcoming us the Kirk Brothers Ford of Vicksburg dealership and encouraged me to reach them for any service needs.

I have already referred Charles and the dealership to anyone who has inquired about where I bought this vehicle, and I will continue doing so. I will also go back to Kirk Brothers Ford in Vicksburg for any of my future Does vehicles purchases. Other dealers should take notice of the vision of good that was my experience. The future of car buying is hear and at Kirk Brothers Ford in...

I am not one to leave a bad review. I do truly wish I could leave a negative star but that's not a option. There is no follow thru at this dealership at all. No one ever returns your phone calls. They lie about what is being done and when your car will be ready. When you call the phone rings off the hook and you will be connected to a voice mail that you can not leave a message on. When you call and some one does actually pick up the phone and you ask to speak to a specific person that person is never available to talk to and when you leave a message for them they won't call you back. The technicians (and yes technician is the correct term because mechanics they are not) are very nice but do not know enough about what they are doing to work on cars. The lady that was working the service lane was very rude every time I had any dealings with her. It took 5 weeks to complete a job that should have taken a day. The issue that I took my car in for was never addressed because they found a different issue that was more pressing so no further diagnostic work was done. The repair for found issue took 5 weeks because a special tool had to be ordered, this is a common issue with Mustangs that they have apparently never encountered. You would think a Ford dealership would have such tools. The issue that was never addressed which again is a common issue with my car is under warranty but I will be paying out of pocket to a private mechanic that I trust to fix it. I know Henry Ford would be very ashamed to have his name and automobiles represented here. I will not be taking my car back to...
