[ ] I’ve had an extremely frustrating experience with Armour Prints, and based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend anyone working with them. Our son is getting married in 2 months, and we thought a picture shifted to their drawing-like portrait would be nice for guests to sign as they arrive. I paid the fee. I sent the picture. I received an immediate series of automated emails offering a discount on the next purchase and the assurance that we would have a print to proof in 7-14 days. Over three weeks later, no proof. I reached out. They had lost the picture I sent them, and they needed me to resend — which I did. The proof they sent, my son didn’t like. Sent another picture, and it also wasn’t what we were hoping. That happened again and still, my son just didn’t like how it looked. So, I requested a refund saying “we tried, and my son just isn’t connecting with the attempts.” That is when the fun really begins. They they sent me 2 more proofs which I did not request. I replied to both of them requesting a refund. For more than 2 weeks I have been chasing them for a refund. I’d guess a dozen emails. Once I told them I was going to post this review on Google, I got an email reply saying that a refund can be done for a $10 fee — which I was and am glad to pay. I conveyed that. That was five days ago — I’ve sent a series of additional emails since then with no reply. The idea of a picture being moved into a painting like look is a good one, but a heads up — not all of them come back looking as natural as the models on their website. They had a Valentine's Day special and I ordered it 10 days before VD and they guaranteed delivery for the holiday. 8 days later and every time I called or emailed them, they lied and said it would be ready in a couple of hours. I have now contacted them over SIX times cancelling the order and demanding a refund and they just ignore me.
