My husband took my son to get a hair cut and himself. He called and got an appointment. When they came home my jaw dropped!!! This is so bad!! I asked him how much he paid and he said it was like $48!! I said I could have done better than that! I called up to the salon and one of the managers/team lead apologized and asked us to come back to try to fix it. We came back but even after she tried to fix the damage it was still noticeable! I’m so lucky we didn’t have family pictures! But she told us the person the cut the first time is a student! But we were never told that before we booked and if she’s a student she needs someone supervising her! Anyone can see how messed up this hair cut was and I can’t believe she even let my husband and son walk out of there like that! Management/ owners need to know this is wrong. If your going to have a student working like a normal cosmetologist than you need to make sure they can at least do the job. We will not be going back.

People Beware! If you have hair extensions please select someone whom is familiar with them! Don't make the mistake I did and have one of your extensions yanked out of your scalp! I'd like to add I had an appt w/the owner Melody Rider, but she decided to reschedule my appt w/another hairstylist b/c she "had errands to run" and when I arrived she was there working on someone else's hair....... (VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!) Which resulted in pushing my extension growth up by 5 weeks when I just had them done a week ago! No thank you! I will say that all the ladies that work here are very sweet, friendly, always smiling, wonderful...

By Far the most Talented staff in Texas, and debatably the USA. I have gotten many Haircuts in my life, to be precise, 84. Out of those 84, Just Us Salon, as done 43 of them. I make it a point to drive 2.5 hours to this location. It is far beyond worth the trip. The staff are professionally trained to a degree that supersedes any expectations.
