Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Vidor

The absolute WORST experience at Jack in the Box in Vidor.... And there have been some Baddd experiences because the place can't seem to get it together! I ordered pick-up from doordash because my 15 year old son wanted to drive to the store so we drive to the JITB and he pulls in to a parking spot. I assumed the lobby was still open being it was only 945. He went to the door, pulled, and it was locked. One person came out, he told them we had an order, the person goes inside.... Another guy comes out a different entrance and tells him they do not have the order. No sooner than the second guy gets the words out of his mouth the door flys open almost hitting my kid and she starts screaming that they do not have the order and the WILL NOT REFUND ME. I was extremely mad but held it together for the sake of my 15 year old son, and said " I'm not asking you for a refund, ma'am. I'm asking why don't you have the order?" She said, " you need to take that up with the app!" I said yet again, " I'm not worried about the refund I'm asking why don't you have the order if the "app" says you have it?" She got belligerent and the 2 nd make had to guide her in to the building. I will NEVER go back to this store and will tell EVERYONE I know NOT to go to this store as it is by far the worst JITB that I've...

My husband and I just left this location and will not go back to this location. There are 2 girls working there tonight at 11:30pm and are RUDE! When my husband was placing our order, the girl would literally say what else?! Each time after my husband would order. We drive up to the window and the girl opened the window and told my husband the total and closed the window right when she took his card. Then just opened the window gave the card back and handed him a drink and closed the window. When we went to get our food, another girl came to the window and said here! My husband asked her nicely for extra taco sauce and she literally slapped them in my husband hand and closed the window. We go to Louisiana a BUNCH and this Jack in the Box is on our way home so we always stop at this location. We definitely will not do that anymore. This was the second time the girls there were rude. As for those 2 young girls that worked there tonight. My husband won a good amount at the casino and we were going to give each worker $100 tip each! But your rudeness cost...

Got a text message coupon for buy a large drink get a Jumbo Jack free. When we ordered we got a combo meal separate and then ordered one large drink to get the Free Jumbo Jack. They made us pay for a third drink to get the sandwich free. They kept saying it can't be part of a combo meal, it can't be part of a combo meal. We were paying for the combo meal all on its own and as a separate thing trying to use the coupon for one drink paid for get a sandwich free. Between the two of them neither one of them could figure out what we were talking about. I even showed them the coupon. There was nothing confusing about it. So instead we end up paying more money than we would have without the coupon. We had to pay for two drinks which were more expensive than the Free Jumbo Jack. Absolutely absurd.
