Dollar General — Local services in Vienna Township

I exchanged an item that was $1.00 and the cashier was not allowed to do my transactions. She said another employee had to take care of it. But when she went to get the other employee, she was outside on break having a cigarette. That took a total of over 5 minutes. Plus the fact I had to move out of the line I was in and go to a register that wasn't even open. Now the cashier that did the exchange transaction had lots of trouble typing in the $1.00 to complete the whole transaction. Everything on the register went wrong. My experience took over 25 minutes by the time the whole thing was done. That's just not acceptable. It's not her fault its Management's fault for making a stupid...

Tired of being over charged for items. The shelf says one price and there are multiple products in front of price tag only to go to check out and find out you've been charged way more. Happened again today. I'm done going here. I'd rather go to Family Dollar. It is not my job to have to double check each item with the UPC on the tag and make sure they match. Cashier was rude, said they were out of regular bags and put my items into a Xlarge one. When I asked her not to put too much into them she huffed and rolled her eyes at me !!😡 Then she went on putting items in bag, put my loaf of bread and buns into a bag with canned goods..... Really?!?!? Such a pain to go there, never again.
