Brothers Pizza Vienna — Restaurant in Vienna Township

We normally stop at lunch and split an appetizer with a tall draft. Prices are on the higher side for a bar. Today the draft didn’t taste well. Bartender asked another patron what they thought and they sad it was ok to them. She looked at me and shrugged and was perfectly fine with me being unhappy. I drank about half and then pushed the beer away as it tasted “off”. When I told her I couldn’t drink it she dumped the mug and washed it and went about her business. She could care less about my experience. I could care less what another patron thinks……I am the one paying.

When the bill came I noticed that there was a 2.5% credit card charged added into the total despite the fact that cash was on the bar and she knew we always paid cash. Her response was “oh we just deduct that charge when cashing out “. Really? I told her I was unhappy and I felt the beer was bad and that next time we would try the bar down the road. Only then did she offer a refund or a bottle instead. The response should have been to replace the beer when I first complained. Too late now. She did refund the price of the beer and the cc service charge.

I left with a bad “taste” in my mouth in more...

I called to order a XL Sicilian white and the new Special XL Sicilian pizza (basically a supreme) and my husband picked them up and brought them home only to find out that Macy the young lady that took the order put it in wrong size for the special pizza and instead of Sicilian with the thick crust it was a XL but thin crust maybe the ny crust not sure but definitely not what we wanted it was already soggy when it made it home. We usually only order thick crust when getting anything with that amount of toppings because they tend to overwhelm any other crust. The white pizza was fantastic but we were definitely disappointed with the other pizza since it was falling apart upon arrival which is why we only order thicker crust for that very reason. This was the first time we decided to try this restaurant instead of the Cortland Brothers and it really ruined the night that we didn't get what we ordered 😞 UPDATE: The owner did call to personally apologize for the mix up which was very kind and he genuinely seemed to feel bad that we weren't satisfied with our order that being said we are definitely going to give them another shot and I will...

Food is phenomenal! I try to come here often. My favs are the wedding soup, the smoked brisket and smoked mac and cheese. The smoked brisket is so good, I get it without sauce on it, as the smoked flavor is just that good. Wait staff is great. They remember you and what you usually order. Inside is nice and the outside allows for eating too. They even have fire pits if you want.

Update: Above review is a few years old. Don't know what happened, but smoked brisket now has hot sauce added when its cooked(at least that's what staff told me)...and it ruined the perfect smoked flavor I used to come for. I think the cooks put sauce on my order when I said no sauce...then tried wiping it off. Brisket was also dry. Wings were ok. Staff was friendly, but it was very disappointing. I have come here frequently in the past...I'll try them again, but if it's the same, I will be done. One other thing...now they have very loud music bingo. I'm sure some like it, but it's very loud...
