Needed a new dryer and heard about this place from a coworker of mine and decided to check it out as I didn’t want to spend $800+ on a dryer. Walked in and was politely greeted and was told where to find things and he gave us needed information but then didn’t bother us unless we had questions which was EXTREMELY nice. They were open about where the scratches and dents were on the machines. When I picked the one I wanted they wrapped it up and loaded it for me. They also offer same day delivery but did not need. They accept cash and card and do not charge a fee for using credit card. They also have a reward program that when you busy something from them you get a 10% off token that never expires. We recently visited the Kaukauna store and had an outstanding experience. From the moment we walked in, we were mpressed by their reasonable prices, which made it easy to find what we were looking for without breaking the bank. The salesmen were incredibly helpful but not at all pushy, which was really appreciated. They took the time to walk us through different options, explaining the features of various appliances. One of the highlights was how they moved around appliances to give us a clear idea of how different models would look together in the new kitchen space—something we hadn’t expected but found super useful. We had been keeping an eye out to replace our aging dryer for awhile and saw one available at fox valley outlet. When messaging them they replied quickly and were able to answer questions for us. I felt bad coming in 5 minutes before close to get the dryer we were looking at but that didn’t bother them. The staff were not irritated or upset. They answered questions and showed me the dryer. The checkout was quick and easy and they even helped me load it in my truck. Overall for the minor dent on the dryer the price beat even the sale prices at other stores.
