My son and I were very pleased with our experience. We got to see a variety of suitable RCs out of the box and I was well-educated on battery care, maintenance, and the different options that were most suitable to my son’s interests. I surreptitiously purchased an item for him as a Christmas present while he was allowed to try out a Crawler. Galaxy Hobby was happy to hold the item for future pick up. They worked with me to accommodate the future pick up - going as far as offering to leave it at a nearby neighborhood shop that was open later hours. A friend of mine who lives in Point offered to pick it up. Again, Galaxy Hobby was more than happy to coordinate with releasing my purchase to my friend. When life gets a little boring, head down to Galaxy Hobby. If a new hobby is what you’re looking for, look no further, there’s plenty of RC cars for any enthusiast, if they don’t have the one you’re looking for they can get it. Broke a part? They have it! If they don’t have it you best believe they will order it in for you. The owner is real helpful and kind, she knows what she’s talking about when it comes to any RC. Took my son to their youth racing night. As a first-timer, he was quite nervous (as was I). I can't even begin to list all the things that they did to make it a positive, memorable event. But, they certainly went above and beyond! The community they've put together around these young racers is very supportive as well. By the end of the night, we were both sad to leave. While this season is nearly done and we have scheduling conflicts, we will be back next summer... And GH will be receiving a lot of business from me in...
