Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Village of Plover

I have ordered 3 times from this Pizza Hut and I only live 5 minutes away, but every time I get my pizza it is cold and very unappealing. It actually looks like it was dropped on the way to my house. When I called about these problems the person on the phone was really annoyed about me calling and tried really hard to get me on the off the phone. When you say you are going to look into the problem in get back to me the next day and I tell you that is unacceptable there is no reason for them to be rude and hang up on me. I was never rude at the person. I never yelled or had an attitude with them. When you order food and it is not right they should fix it or give you something in return not become rude and unhelpful when they made the mistake. This is fine though. I gave them 3 chances and now I will go somewhere else going forward and I will promote the new place with family, friends, ...

Ordered the $5 deal so it was supposed to be $10 for two items, they were supposed to bring plates, forks, peppers and parm. They didn't bring any of that, only gave us 6 boneless wings not 8 that we paid for and then the receipt showed they tried to charge us $23.00+ tip. Delivery driver said just sign the receipt and they would adjust it. I called the manager and he said it was fixed on their end. I told him about not receiving any plates, napkins peppers or cheese and only 6 boneless wings. He never offered an adjustment in price or refund. We didn't get what we paid for or requested. This is the second time we have ordered from this Pizza hut while in town. We are in a hotel so when I requested the plates and napkins and such it was a necessity. I was on hold for 50 minutes before closing! I tried ordering online for delivery, I got an error saying that the order couldn't be processed and to call the store to place my order. I was placed on hold immediately as the call went through. About halfway through the call, the phone was picked up, then I was placed back on hold. I was on hold until the store closed.
