UPDATE 5/5: Pat from Home Furniture came out to fix the newly discovered uneven left couch seat and squeak, plus the 2 recliners loud mechanics. Pat sprayed under the couch and did some adjustments, but after 4 days the couch cushion is still uneven and now squeaks a little bit. The recliners seem to be less noisy. The warranty on these are 90 days so may see if they can fix the couch again. I would still side with BUY FROM HOME FURNITURE, but DO NOT BUY LA-Z-BOY! Choose another product. The staff at Home Furniture are great it is just La-Z-Boy quality on the couch and chairs is less than poor.
UPDATE: 4/25. Received the two La-Z-Boy recliners and reclining couch last week and am not impressed with quality. The couch had a huge space so they came out to fix it by adjusting and is now making a noise when sitting or reclining so will need them out again. The issue with the couch is the one seat cushion was not made right to fill the area and adjusting will not fix. The one recliner fabric bunches in the seat and looks odd and the other recliner makes a clicking noise. We have had the furniture for a week and honestly the quality of La-Z-Boy workmanship is honestly poor. I will see if the couch issue can be fixed but would not order La-Z-Boy again at this two week stage. Will update post again.

Read moreBe Careful when told they will order an item for you. I purchased a Complete bed, Mattress, adjustable fountain and Headboard November 2023. And was told by sales person it would be ordered and could take 3-12 weeks. Foundation and mattress delivered December 2023 and after 13 weeks I called to see what the status was On my Headboard that was Fully paid for and Nobody knew! "We cant find your paperwork"! After 3 phone calls I was told 7-10 days it would be at the store, and at day 14 I called AGAIN! No information "was supposed to be shipped", What I WASN'T told is that they don't order until they have a certain amount to order! I was RELUCTANTLY AND RUDELY given a refund. The original sales person had abruptly left the company and NO ONE bothered to check on this Exsisting order! I am firm believer in supporting small-independent business but if you can't Explain your process correctly and check up on orders people have placed months ago, that is Not a good practice and I will Not support a business that takes my money and doesn't communicate where my product is.
