POOR!!! Sauk Prairie's Movie Theatre's Atmosphere and seating chairs are marginal & Manager is non-customer friendly. Attended a Wednesday Afternoon movie & the movie Theatre Female Manager said to me, "you wearing shorts in such cold weather & I said must be from being stationed in Alaska for 8 years!!! As soon as we paid for our tickets, the Female Manager asked if I was Military and I said yes. She then said that I should have told here nefore we paid as Wednesdays Military Tickets are $5 each compared to $8.50. HOWEVER, No where in the theatre did it say that Wednesday is Military $5.00 ticket day! After we had paid for the tickets, and then found out about the Military discount, I asked her if we'd get the discount and she told us "I would've if you'd had told me before you paid"!!! Movies are reasonably priced with discounts available. Video rentals also available. Really good popcorn with real butter. Refillable popcorn bucket and drink containers are available for purchase and refilled at discounted price. Comfortable seating and plenty of leg room. Cup holders for each seat. Socially distanced seating and cleaning protocols in place make us feel this is a safe venue to see a movie. Truly an asset to our communities to be able to see first run movies locally. I try and be as honest as possible, so here goes... I was there 2 weeks ago and to be honest it wasn't very clean, I spent around 25$ for just myself on a matinee with a small popcorn and drink, average these days I guess. So I went back as of the writing of this review and I went to ask for movie times for mission impossible, the kid at the front didn't explain it well and the old gray haired lady sitting at the back counter yelled out very rudely the times of mission impossible, it was very awkward and so I decided to pass on watching a movie...
