Drove an hour to pick up a phone I ordered online here. Was told "I wasn't the first person who had had this problem and that they didn't really have the phone. Someone from customer service will reach out to you by the end of the day to cancel my order." So as opposed to calling me themselves in the morning, they let me drive an hour out of my way to tell me they didn't have my product. They were completely aware of who I was and why I was there. I have been told that I shouldn't be able to place an order unless the phone is in stock, and that many stores will just say they are out of stock for upgrades due to the commission structure. Needless to say, regardless of whether they were truthful or not, they chose to not call me and tell me themselves. And if they don't have the phone, they clearly aren't doing much to get the problem fixed....
