Quality / Service / Care has gone down significantly. (Pictures will be posted!) I have been going here for 6 years. During Covid I refused to go anywhere but finally got back into the swing and was so excited to come back to my 'favorite' place. Now I don't think that anymore. I got a dip set, and a pedicure. I went 5 days before I was suppose to leave for my vacation. I picked out a wonderful dip color and got the same for my feet. I had a very friendly nail tech named Lucky. Lucky was fun and didn't do a bad job with my pedicure... or so I thought. Lucky also did my dip powder and had to get switched to another customer to do their feet and Tina finished my nails. ALL OF MY DIP POWDER NAILS WERE OFF IN 2 DAYS! Within the first hour because of the HORRIBLE prep job my nails started to peel up from the front of my nail. I was worried by the next day because 8 out of 10 nails were lifting. When I called and a gentleman answered I explained what happened, got asked who, and then that I won't really be able to come back in. I worked the rest of the week during their hours of operation. (Their times are 9am - 6pm not 7pm.) The man asked if I could come in after work which I get done at 5:30. There is NO time for me. He then said he is trying to do me a favor. What favor? My nails were messed up by YOUR establishment. They wanted me to wait until Saturday. (I couldn't due to work) As they should be certified nail techs they should know lifting nails in the way I described and with the work that I do which was also described; you can get infections in-between the real nail and fake nail. The final straw was that there was no arch for the nail, bumps were all over, and a few nails were on a downward angle. The next day after calling I noticed the paint on my toes were also coming off. This has NEVER happened before. My toes hold paint. This WHOLE experience makes me unhappy, and was very anxious to even try to go back there after getting back from my vacation. It took 2.5 HOURS to do my nails. You have lost at least 3 customers due to your unprofessionalism.

I Called in advance to get an estimate for a refill. Walked in and was told price and to pick a color. I told them I wanted a french white manicure , and to replace a few nails that had broken off. A Man took over and insisted I get a new set, since the charge will be more to repair. I said OK, but requested acrylic removal with acetone. "Softer /healthier removal" By the way I'm 7 months pregnant and wanted a nicer look for my baby shower that is in a week. Manager of place insisted he wouldn't hurt me, much faster to remove it using his method. Well, His method was to use a single piece of plastic to dig in my nail and slide them off which Left my 2 fingers in pain, and third bleeding!!!!!!! I pulled back and said no more!!! Manager saw my frustration and apologize for not listening to me 1st time. Man got up and shook his head as if I were the problem and walked away mad ! Next lady soaked my hands in acetone and insisted to put my 3 brittle nails 1 HALF CUT OFF In while it burned like hell. After that she put super glue on my wounded nail and said it's ok. After that I refused to further my service by getting full set. I simply asked for a quick paint and left quick as I could with NO tip! 1st and last time going there . Staff was not considerate. I was polite since I walked in thru the door with my 6 year old and PREGNANT! Whole experience was rushed, and I didn't get a single apology from staff . They spoke in their language and laughed. Better off going to Hammonton BQ Nails! My Mistake for going to Best Nails thinking they were good and friendly of the...

If you’re looking for an exceptional nail salon experience, look no further! From the moment you walk into this five-star gem, you’re treated like royalty. The atmosphere is both luxurious and welcoming, with modern decor, calming music, and the perfect blend of elegance and comfort. The staff is incredibly professional and friendly, taking the time to understand exactly what you want and going above and beyond to deliver.

What sets this salon apart is the attention to detail. Every tool is impeccably clean, and the technicians are meticulous with their craft. They don’t rush through the process—instead, they create beautiful, flawless nails with precision and care. Whether you’re getting a simple manicure or an intricate nail design, the results are always stunning. My nails have never looked this perfect, and they lasted longer than any manicure I’ve ever had.

On top of that, the salon uses high-quality products, which makes a noticeable difference. My nails felt healthier, stronger, and shinier after the treatment. Plus, the range of colors and designs is endless—you’ll have a hard time choosing because they’re all so gorgeous!

Overall, this salon offers an unmatched experience. The level of service, professionalism, and quality is second to none. It’s no wonder they have a five-star rating! If you want to pamper yourself and leave with perfect nails, this is the place to go. Highly,...

Got my nails done today, went in for a fill. I got a dark red, wanted to get chrome on top. Was told I could not get chrome on top because it wouldn’t show the color. I know for a fact it would’ve shown because I see people get this done all the time and it looks like a pretty shiny red. I was told that I should do my “homework” before coming to the nail salon and know what to expect. I was also told that my nail color was too dark for my skin tone. If I’m paying YOU to do a color, shut up and take my money. The guy doing my nails offered to “freestyle” a design which was incredibly sloppy along with the polish job. I was nice and paid the full $50 along with a $5 tip, because I am not someone to cause a scene in public. However just know i will NEVER go back to this salon. Enjoy my last $55. The attitude and disrespect along with the pricing for such a terrible job is beyond me. Will continue going to happy nails where I know I can count on Michael there to do a good job while providing good customer service. Immediately went to another place after this salon to get them to fix this mess and they did a beautiful job. Never come here .

Had the perfect first visit. So professional, so clean and so so nice. It was quick and easy to make an appointment. They worked with my schedule. I had Lucky who did my manicure and pedicure. I’m completely in love. 😍 Best Christmas/New Years nails and experience ever! I will definitely be back. Update: back after 2 weeks. Consistently an amazing experience. I came and called in the morning because I didn’t have an appointment. They were gracious and accepted me, and Lisa did my nails. Very minimal wait still. Love them and their professionalism!
