Purchased a loveseat and chair in 2017. Helpful staff, easy payment terms, and reasonable interest rate even with my less than stellar credit. When the loveseat had a break in the wood supporting the bottom cushions, they sent out a crew to pick it up very quickly and had it back to us in only a couple of days completely fixed, minimizing our inconvenience. You don't find service like that very often these days.

Went back in 2018 to purchase a bed, dresser and another loveseat. Wonderful to deal with. When we had a difficult month and needed to skip a payment, they had no problems working with us to do so. This is the type of small-town business that needs to be far more widespread.

Only downsides are: 1) the outlet store (not the main store) has a fairly limited selection to choose from and 2) the outlet store is not really wheelchair accessible (you can get one into the main floor, but maneuvering is difficult due to tight pathways, and the downstairs is only accessible by a stairway; the main store is completely...
