I have to say that my entire home is a Hendricks home. All my furniture from the old furniture to the newest furniture is totally from Hendricks. I could not shop at a finer place with the most wonderful people in the world. When I’m in Virden it is very hard for me to pass Hendricks up. Which always means another piece of furniture. But that’s OK because after a few years, you need to update anyway and that’s exactly what I do. And if you can’t find the piece you’re looking for that’s not a problem. Just talk to any of the sales people and they’re more than happy to help you. The furniture always stays in beautiful shape and the only reason that I upgrade is because I just want something newer in my house. And I enjoy going down there. They work with you. They work with whatever your needs are and with my dogs I want to have furniture that suits them too. And they too are very happy with Hendricks Furniture. When I talk to Clayton Hendricks, I always say to him. Do you think my dogs are going like this? And he is always right. And once again, never worry. If you can’t find it, you just tell them what you’re looking for and they will help you find it. I got a piece that finished off my family room just yesterday. And Clayton and I worked on that for many months. And finally found the perfect piece. Again, a wonderful family with a wonderful sales staff and many many many years of just making them part of my family too. What's the BEST way to save hundreds and hundreds of dollars on furniture and get to deal with REAL people who are down to earth.... drive to Virden and go to Hendricks! I know it sounds like a commercial but, man, it can't be any more true. We spent ALL day in Springfield wasting our time with overbearing and ultimately non-caring salespeople and we even actually bought a chair at La-Z-Boy but needed a few more things so made the trip down to Hendricks. To say we were overly impressed with this store and the experience is such an understatement. We were greeted, like humans, by several of the staff as we walked around. There was NEVER any of the Springfield style scripted openers, just great people letting you know they are there when you need them. We tried half the couches in the store and when it was clear we found one we liked Jeff shows up at the EXACT right time. He was awesome to deal with, knew his products, and for fun even checked on the price of that La-Z-Boy brand chair (YES, they are a La-Z-Boy dealer and are WAAAAY cheaper than the factory store) we bought in Springfield and BEAT IT by several hundred dollars!!!! Don't waste your time with the nonsense in Springfield! Come down to Virden and be treated the way you truly expect to be treated and save some money at...

It was in 2019 when we purchased a sectional from hendricks,we started haveing problems with threading on 4 of the 6 piece set, and one of the 3 recliners was loosing stability and sagging real bad,so we called them to take a look because we had a 10 year warranty on fabric,it took them 5 month's and several more calls before one of there guys came and took a look,supposidly ordered some part that he was going to put on that had nothing to do with the fabric and the stitching and sagging that was going on,we have called and called over the last 7 to 8 month's and still nothing,they say you can talk to the owner,but not the case it's some lady that keeps blowing us off,never once have they called me back for over 2 years and several calls,im at a lose on what to do i spent several thousand dollars for this and now there is nothing i can do?,i don't have money for a lawyer,what really gets me is i bought this for my wife and now its just junk,unless you don't care about after purchase service then that place is for you,but i will keep trying to get it fixed,at least till the 10 year warranty is up, don't let this be u, this probably will never be for the eyes that matter to see so just another example of the little man...
