God worked his will within my life because I lost my beloved husband on our oldest daughter birthday October 1, 2021 then Jesus wasn't done with me yet he transitioned my mother the next following year and called her home. This place is so unorganized it's not funny. Twice I had major difficulty with the staff finding my order. Couldn't find it in the system using the order number that they have me, nor my name address or phone number. When you walk into the office, you feel like you might be walking up to a jail for prisoner visitation. Not welcoming at all. But the warehouse guys outside were all very pleasant and all greeted myself and my husband and were very polite. The staff behind the window in the office were less than pleasant. Not rude but not really pleasant. And you couldn't even hear what they were saying because the only hole cut into the plastic window separating us had a file folder tapped over it and the girl at the counter definitely didn't make her voice loud enough to be heard. I had an interest free account and when they added the difference to my account it added $2000.00 in interest and doubled my payment.
