Julie was incredibly rude. My sister, husband, and I were quietly shopping for a push present when Julie started yelling at her dog 🐕 angrily for scratching at the barrier she made to keep him behind her display cases, he needed to go to the bathroom. She took him out and he ran off momentarily, screaming at him more angrily, She collected her dog again, and then brought her fussy energy back into the store and redirected it at us 😱! Julie yelled at my husband not one moment after re-entering her store for resting his hand gently on a vintage glass top with a TINY don't touch sign taped in the far right corner flat to the top of the case that anyone briefly browsing would miss. He promptly apologized raising his hand off the top🙋‍♂️. She had every right to notify him politely, but she yelled angrily and it was such an over-the-top reaction with new customers that we left immediately. Such a great experience visiting Julie in her store in early May of 2022. I loved all her very unique jewelry that she sets herself. Was hard not to fall in love with all of them. She helped me pick out a perfect ring and kept my husband entertained with all the amazing stories she had to share haha. My mother-in-law and I enjoyed the selection VERY much. She has beautiful jewelry and the personalized service was fantastic! We fell in love with the Montana Sapphire pieces The Prices were very reasonable as well. ( much better than anything in West Yellowstone)
