Perricone Garden Center & Nursery — Local services in Volo

I purchased various expensive evergreens and trees. The person who showed me the trees I was looking for was very nice and helpful. I was going to have the trees delivered in less than a week so I was good with that. However I called 2 days later and told them that JULIE was coming to flag the yard before digging but they would be done on Wednesday a day before the delivery, The gentlemen who I spoke to said there was not a problem, " just call when JULIE is done on Wednesday and we'll deliver Thursday". I called and informed JULIE was done on Wednesday and I spoke to Frank, The most RUDE, disrespectful person I have encountered! He told me that the person I spoke to before was incorrect. And they were not sure when my trees would be delivered. I asked to speak to a supervisor and his answer was "I am the supervisor!" I asked to speak to the owner and he said" He's not here but he will agree with me" This Frank told me in a very rude manner you called to hold off the delivery and now I'm not going to put you back on it where you were. You have to the bottom of the list. I was appalled! that this person had a job there! I see by the reviews that so many others had the same Rude staff!! Don't go here, it's not worth it! I will...

This company took advantage of my elderly parents- they were asked to put 18 total feet of mulch around three separate trees and some additional mulch around a rose bush- they did ONE of the three trees and the bush, as seen in the pictures I’ve attached. They also did an EXTREMELY POOR JOB. See those weeds sticking out of the mulch??? Any professional knows to put down a weed barrier prior to mulch! They refused to come fix the problem- tried to charge MORE money to “fix the misunderstanding.” The only other things they did were trim a few bushes, replace some dead plants, and weeding. And they charged $2,600 for this! Now my elderly father is trying to finish the mulching of the trees himself. Just horrible! Do not recommend this company for...

Stopped in here after having a bad experience with another local spot while looking for a specific fruit tree. They seemed to have a good selection so I had high hopes going in. It was raining slightly and we asked about the tree. They said they didn’t know, there were three employees at the counter, but we could take a look around. There was no offer to show us where the tree might be. They had a very nice selection but we couldn’t find what we were looking for. We had some questions and were going to go back in to ask but when we came back around the doors were locked. Not sure if they were closed or on break or what.
