Taco Bell — Restaurant in Lakemoor

I went to this Taco Bell because it’s a couple of minutes away from my house. I ordered a couple taco supremes, 2 Gordita crunches, 1 taco, 2 cinnamon twists. After a few minutes they had my order ready, got home in less than 6 minutes. All the food was cold, not warm even cold, and they forgot my 2 Gordita crunches, and a cinnamon twist. Were not even busy at this time, I figured they couldn’t screw up a order this small, but they did, and was cold on top of that. I never had a problem at any other Taco Bell. So check out order, and make sure it’s warm. For a brand new place I would think it would be better than this.

Well today I tried again just to see if it got better. 11/04/23. Waited in line for 20 minutes while he took one guys order. Was not big only 2 drinks with order, so after 20 minutes without the employee taking my order I left. Do not go here I called this Taco Bell to ask why does it take over twenty minutes to take 1 small order and still figuring it out. I only have a 30 minute lunch break. They always seem to have a good amount of people on duty. But when you look closely most of the people on duty are you're just milling about not doing much of anything. So you can imagine how frustrated I was when an order that I had placed online fifteen minutes earlier had not yet been actioned by the staff when I arrived to pick up the order. The one young lady did a great job trying to recover from this negative situation, but it's just really inexcusable. When there should be a process in place for online orders. They market this efficiency from ordering online. And having it ready when you get there. But then when they don't follow through it, they defeats the entire purpose of that process. I really hope that they take the time to review their process and ensure that the these kinds of incidences are mitigated...

I ordered on the app for in store pickup. I waited over 30 minutes and the app never got updated to notify me that the food is ready. I decided to go to the place and go inside and ask instead. I stood at the counter for minutes as the workers just stared at me and smiled. Finally one came over and asked if I need help. I told them I’m here to pickup food.
