Tate's Building Supply — Local services in Vonore

This used to be a great local business to go to for your building needs. However, as of late, you go in and can't get any service. We went there today and had to keep walking back to the counter in the middle of the store to ask the two employees where things were. They refused to get up from the desk where they were playing games on the computer.

One of them finally came and helped, only to point out the saw for us to cut our own crown molding. He finally decided to cut the molding for us because we stood there like... Really we have to cut our own. We asked for 16' boards to be cut in 8' sections, so essentially in half. We got 4 moldings ranging from 7-9 feet.

Don't know where management or the owner was, but you are not giving the service you used too. I am sure it will start reflecting...

Gave the customer the wrong size doors and said it was his fault. But when I called they gave me one measurement and then the customer called and gave him a different measurement. They need retrain there workers and say when there wrong...
