WEIGELS IS NOT VANLIFE FRIENDLY. As a backpacker, vanlifer and perpetual traveler I tend to take advantage of the loyalty programs of various business and Weigel’s is one of them. Not after my experience in Vonore, Tennessee though. Not only were the bathrooms and the coffee/refrehment/condiment station absolutely disgusting apparently the manager is more concerned about patrons parking in the parking lot for more than fifteen minutes then providing a sanitary and friendly experience. After paying for gas, ice and putting air in my tires my wife and I parked far away from everyone to use our devices because we both work remotely. We didn’t take up pumps or prime spaces, we used our own WiFi and had spent hundreds of dollars at that store over the course of three days. The manager still saw fit to call the police on us and completely humiliate my wife and I and terrified her daughter. This is pure prejudice and classist behavior and I will never spend another dime at a Weigel’s store. I expect better out of a family owned and operated establishment. Weigel’s is NOT...

He polity asked where there breakfast biscuits were and the manager and another employee got hateful with him and said they were doing lunch now at 7:45 am. Being polite goes a long way. We stop by this establishment multiple times a day and this has happened more than twice. We will no longer use this establishment. Read moreStop at this store on the way through for vacation. The restrooms were nasty. Cappuccino machine was not working properly. Two cashiers behind counter on phone and talking to each other. Store was not busy and nothing was being cleaned. It does not take two people to wait on three customers. I have shopped at Weigel's alot and this was the first one I have ever been into that was nasty and stuff out of order. Along with employees not even greeting customers upon entering store.
