I went to target to find a particular pore vanishing cream. Which was recommended from a Beauty advisor. As I started reviewing the selections... I realized this is not going to be as easy as I thought...25 minutes...and still not able to find ~ I decided to ask for some assistance. Looked up there was an employee walking by I said "excuse me can I ask you a quick question ", and her response was "sorry going on my break" & continued walking away.... đł To say the least, I wasn't too impressed with her response. So....again back to find that darn vanishing cream. Shortly into the search, I heard a voice saying "can I help you find something" and we started looking over the massive options. As im thanking for helping me she said "This is not my department,, but ill try my best. She had heard the employees response to to my question. your did not and I couldn't let you go without at least trying to help you find.said what are you for the next few minutes she helped me review the hundreds of options we had to look at. And she said this is usually not my department so I'm I'm not quite sure where it is, I work in the clinic. Clinic why are you helping me. She said I heard you ask for help and that employee walked away I couldn't let you sit here without helping you . And together we quickly found what I have been searching for. I think I maybe even hugged her I was so happy ....but I thanked her and I said there should be more employees like her and she deserves a raise then I left ... Half way home of the 20 mile ride, OMG⌠I should've got her name đBy tonight get her name. Later on I went to our local grocery store as I was entering... who do you thinks walking out ?? the same beautiful lady was there stopped her just to make sure was the right one so excuse me you help me today in target in meconium she said yes I did I said well I told a story about me wanting to get her name and she finally told me what her name was.....Karen with a Y. I've never seen her before and I've never seen her after that she is one awesome employee that anyone would be should be honored to have on the team.

   Read moreI normally am very happy with my experience at this target however, I truly don't appreciate when my boyfriend comes home and feels like a piece of crap because of one of the employees. If you're going to work at a customer service desk you should probably be decent, at the very least, at customer service. He printed off pictures tonight and because of a sticker (from a label maker which obviously means it is not very big and not easy to see) that stated do not print more than 10 pictures on this machine he was made to feel like crap. He printed 15. The lady said to him, "you shouldn't have done those that way. You're not gonna like how they turned out but you probably don't care." He responded with, "I'm sorry, I just needed them for my daughter's daycare tomorrow." She replied with, "we'll it's way more expensive this way but you probably don't care." How does this random woman know ANYTHING about what my boyfriend does and does not care about? He obviously cares enough to go out and get pictures printed off and to get diapers and wipes from target late enough that our daughtet is already in bed to make sure she has everything she needs for school the next day. He obviously cares enough to apologize when he realized his mistake. This woman obviously does not care that her job states she should be nice to people. If she wanted to let him know he didn't do something correctly, there were way nicer ways to go about it so my boyfriend does not come home feeling like he shouldn't go back into that target. Had bought a item and after looking at the receipt noticed I was charged for the Gallon Mason Jar when I had purchased the Half gallon Mason jar, Went a checked to make sure it was not a mistake on my part, in which it did say 9.99 on the shelf and brought my receipt up to the customer Service desk and explained what I had noticed, The lady was very rude from the start of the interaction. She scanned the bar code on the bottom of the jar which rang up the full gallon price. During this time my Daughter had came over as she was done purchasing her items, My daughter pulled the item up on Targets website and the Lady very rudely informed my Daughter that Target doesn't do price Matching in which my Daughter asked Not even from Targets own website in which she replied very rudely NO! Then rudely told my Daughter that she didn't hear a thing the person on the radio said to her that was doing the price check! Ummm my Daughter wouldn't have been talking if you didn't rudely inform her that you don't do price comparison from Targets own website! By this time I had been done being treated and rudely talked to by this lady! And how she was treating my Daughter! That I had decided to return the item in which I was informed by the lady that It would be best that I did! While she was doing the return transaction she informed my Daughter and myself that she had worked there for 5 years and everything was on Camera! Why she felt we needed to know this is beyond me as I was just wanting to be charged the correct amount for the item I purchased! Hopefully Kathy gets a better attitude and Customer Service training or I don't for see her making it...
