Being a subdivision, we have to be mindful of spending HOA dues. Our security system hadn’t been updated since its original installation in 2009. We wanted a lot done and had bids done by 5 or 6 companies. We chose 2 companies to present bids to our board. We had to pair down original bids to fit into the budget we had for this year. One of the reasons that we chose. The company was Tre Washington‘s ability to pivot, his honesty of how we could build upon the system that he chose for us. In his presentation, the great examples of still pictures inside and outside his clients’ businesses were so clear ( captured by the system he was recommending to us,)… Impressed the board members. In addition, we asked Tre the same questions we had ask the first proposal… And Tre didn’t try to over sell us.( unfortunately the other person try to tremendously oversell us) Tre said we could add more as we built our system up. That honesty sealed the deal and will be working with the company moving forward....
