Woodmaster Custom Cabinets — Local services in Youngsville

Really Disappointed!! I was really hoping to enjoy the process when I met with the owner , my cabinets were delivered late .My cabinets were installed in December 2023 and finished in January 2024. The installation was a hassle and not organized, the installation was started then stopped and then they returned about 2 weeks later. I don’t blame the installers they were only doing what was provided to them . The cabinet doors are uneven and the doors opening too far and this is making an indention in cabinet because it is hitting my counter. I’m not sure why I should pay more money for cabinet hinges when these were suppose to be custom . . I was provided an estimate of 200$ plus for cabinet hinges . One draw does not open fully because I was told I needed to call the counter people and the plumber to remove the dishwasher . Still more money for me to pay when everything was suppose to be so precise for custom cabinets . Another cabinet shrieks when opening . I was told that everything would be perfect and perfect it is not for “custom cabinets “ Also the wrong screws were used in the pantry . Wow. I spent the first night sitting on my couch staring at my built ins. What was supposed to be a simple homeschool room customization project turned into a two room project to include a tv built in after seeing the confidence and proven track record of Angela and her team at Woodmaster. To start, they are punctual, polite, professional, and precise. Angela walked through every detail and did not leave until ALL of my questions were answered. The team followed up with detailed drawings in 3D format with measurements and estimated costs. A second visit was made to measure again to ensure accuracy. The installation was perfect. The install team was very professional and easy to work with. They not only installed with care but left my floors and entry cleaner than they found them. I was very impressed with pricing (which allowed me to actually do two projects within budget) and professionalism. I am currently looking for an excuse for a 3rd project. Coffee Bar maybe? For our new construction home we wanted custom built-ins for the Family Room. We ended up going with Woodmaster because they were the most willing to actually meet for a consultation and work with us on price and design, and then they actually had a team to build the cabinets instead of subcontracting out the work. It took about a day to install because the cabinets were measured and pre-built at their workshop, then brought in and put together in our home. The crew that came to install them were very nice and hard working. It was great seeing them take the time to remeasure every cut before putting the built-ins together. They even spent about an hour just cleaning everything before they left. The built-ins are gorgeous and we are extremely happy. Honestly, we wish the builders of our house had taken as much time and care as Woodmasters did. We would highly recommend Woodmaster Woodworks, Inc. for any cabinetry projects!
