Untouched Seduction — Local services in Wake Forest

I do not normally write reviews so I wanted to wait a week or so to see how my nails held up before writing this review. My nails still look like the very 1st day I had them done! I would not believe it, but it’s my nails! I was looking for someone who did gel-x nails when Untouched Seductions came up on my google search. I scheduled a phone consultation in which Serena finds out what type of service you are looking for because she does a variety of nails, shapes, lengths and nail art, so she is able to schedule the appropriate time for your appointment not to be rushed or have the next client wait past their appointment time. I have only wore shellac polish for years but wanted to try the gel-x. Nail types and the way they are done has changed a lot since I have wore any kind of tips. Serena took the time to explain the different types and how each is done keeping in mind, I wanted them to be thin when finished since I don’t like it when they are thick looking. She also made sure to seal the underneath due to my job and frequent hand washing. Serena takes time to include cutting cuticles as part of your appointment, which most salons here in the area do not do with a gelish or shellac appointment . The amount of thought that goes your session to be just for you from the music, Netflix, wine, water and snack makes you feel like you are the only person she has as a client. I LOVE Untouched Seduction!! Hands down one of the best nail boutiques in the Raleigh/Wake Forest/Franklinton area. Serena ensures I have an individual personalized experience and I’m always greeted with a fresh bowl of fruit and high pH water. I’ve lived in the triangle area for over 15 years and I hadn’t found a nail salon/boutique that felt right until Untouched Seduction. I’m big big big on energy and from day 1, Serena always comes with the same positive loving energy that simply radiates. Great balance between professional and laid back. Very friendly and she even helped me sign up for my first booking due to me not being tech savvy lol. If you’re someone who is on a vegan/vegetarian and/or alkaline diet, the fruit I’ve been given (except for pineapple) fits that diet and the water given is Essentia brand which is supercharged ionized Alkaline water (has a pH of 9.5 or higher). I know that aspect is subjective to the customer but I feel like it is important enough to mention since diet is a huge aspect of our lives and why not be able to enjoy that alongside an amazing nail appointment!! Serena is absolutely amazing! Such a warm and vibrant energy that she makes every service relaxing. The whole family now has been starting to use her services. We started out with custom holiday full set nails and they are fabulous and one of a kind art. I also got a pedicure with the hot stones and massage and it was literally the chef’s kiss of pedicures. I also got yesterday eye lash extensions and they are breath taking. I was so relaxed that I feel like I took a 2 hour nap while she was doing them lol. They look natural with this doe eye moment. I wake up to see that I barely need any make up and it’s fabulous. In addition, if one of a kind nails, custom experience for you to feel comfortable, she also is extremely patient. My dad with dementia, who loves to be pampered and flirt, got a much needed pedi. He also has diabetes so their nails can be tough, she made him comfortable and he loved getting his feet done. He said he felt like a million dollars. This is coming from a 71 year old, that has health issues and does struggle with walking. So his feet feeling good is a major goal to promote mobility.
