No issue with the product. These guys know what they're doing but way they treated my father-in-law was terrible. My dad wanted to give me a gift by taking in the car. I told him I scheduled a time for 10am for him to take it in. Apparently I wrote down the wrong time and it was supposed to be 9. Even still, my dad came at 9:30 to be safe and they scolded him for bringing in the car late like he was my employee, "I don't think Mr. Trudeau would be happy with you bringing in the car late." This makes me uncomfortable because my dad has a strong accent and people often treat him like he’s unintelligent. Even while working on the car there would be begrudging comments like, "if there's another car we're gonna stop working on yours" just to make him feel bad. Where my dad is from, it is customary to tip anyone who works on cars. He felt so uncomfortable that he didn't tip. This breaks my heart because he’s visiting this country and I want the community where I live to be more welcoming. I talked to management about the issue and they seemed concerned. I contacted Jason over a month ago about a nightmare of a tint job i received by a company in raleigh. I was not ready at the time to get the work redone as i had just wasted a bunch of money on the bad job, but he stayed in touch with me through all of my questions.
