I have been a faithful and loyal customer since this store opened. The service has been okay, nothing spectacular but okay. Today I stopped to get some gas and found the credit card readers on the pump were not working. I went in and asked the clerk and was told they had just installed a new system. I told the clerk I wanted to fill up my tank and did not know how it would take to fill up my motorcycle but I suspected between five and ten dollars. I was told that they could put $10.00 on my card and I could fill up and then they would credit back the unused amount and all would be well. After filling up for $5.00 and going back inside, they could not figure out how to do a credit to me for the unused amount. The clerk had no clue and gave every appearance of not caring that I was overcharged due to their inability to navigate their system. In the grand scheme of things, the amount is negligible. The apathy displayed by the clerks was very frustrating to say the least. If you work in customer service please at least know your job and act like you care about the customer. Call me a highly displeased customer that has spent quite a number of dollars there over the years. The only reason I gave them one star was because it wouldn't let me give this business...
   Read more​Seriously, I can't believe the people EZ-Mart hires. This Ethan guy is the reason why brick-and-mortar stores are dying. I came in on saturday about 6:45, needing to grab some sodas, and he was at the register not capable to help a customer whos never used the fast rewards card he just simply pointed at the veriphone without any other form of communication, I can not believe people give this type of customer service. He was unprofessional! That's not customer service, that's attitude! He didn't offer to check, didn't smile, and acted like serving me was the biggest inconvenience of his life. Honestly, he looked like he was about to fall asleep standing up. This interaction ruined my entire afternoon because of the awful energy he put out. EZ-Mart needs to train their staff better or just get rid of Ethan immediately. He clearly doesn't want to be there, and I don't want to shop there if people like him are representing the brand.
