The Village Event Venue — Local services in Wake Village

I cannot say ENOUGH about this business. I placed an order yesterday, last minute and close to their closing time. They still were going to put it all together for me and make sure it was delivered, no matter what. I made a mistake on my delivery instructions and the arrangement actually ended up somewhere else. Ms. Peggy and her daughter Emily made sure, after trying to work together this morning to fix the issue, that it was taken care of fully and with no stress. I moved to Tennessee, so not being in Texarkana to mediate any of this had me so stressed out, and especially after I made the mistake that I did that delayed the process and I even accidentally put them in a bad situation and made a mess they had to clean up for me from 500 miles away and still make the gift special to the person I was sending it to.

I cannot say enough about how patient, diligent, professional, kind hearted, sweet and PERSONAL they were about not only making up for MY mistake, but also making the occasion and arrangement SO beautiful, and perfect for the person and occasion it was for. The owner was up at 6am today communicating with me about the situation, when she didn’t even open (if they’re even open today) for several more hours and she had it handled early and with the most positive attitude and patience and tolerance with me. I really, genuinely cannot say how thankful I am for them, and how fantastic doing business with them was, even when I made it difficult for them. Thank you so much!
