Three stars only because the customer service is awesome. I’ve been to this place many of times the restaurant still close. I’m praying that one day they will put something there,they have a vacant lot in the back you can park there if you’re not too afraid to go over deep OMG DEEP potholes. That’s been like that for a while,sometimes when it rains, The potholes fill up and you will never know how deep it is lol. And some truckers are afraid to go back there because of being stuck. And its no joke when you have to pay someone $500 to come tow you out. Other than that they do have parking but is limited. Whoever owns this store someone from the pilot corporation needs to contact them,because the store is in the need for upgrades. I thought having the pilot name on a store that doesn’t belong to them. But if you use the pilot name just like any other franchise they do pop-up visits to make sure their name is been maintaining in good use. This is A cry for help to the pilot name corporation please stop by this place and pay a visit to them. They have to upgrade to the pilot standers quick the outside is always trashy and I’ve been to plenty of truckstops that yes always have trash around them but it’s still decent. This truck stop Is in dire need of help if I was pilot I would not allow them to use their name until this store is upgraded to the pilot standers. Other than that this is an awesome place to meet the customer service workers and get gas. And I’m not a big fan of Dunkin’ Donuts get rid of them turkeys. I love the pilot stores way better than LOVE OR TA ECT... But this is unacceptable once again this is a CRY for help pilot cooperation please...
Read moreI stopped in and filled up on my way back from Jacksonville Florida what a great spot to get things to fill your belly as well as your gas tank. Thank you so much for the mango with tangie and for the cucumber drink that I got. Absolutely amazing flavors. If you go in to the right towards the back you will see a stand where they have these coolers and they have all these cool drinks that are either fruit or vegetable. And you have great customer. Now up front where you get the gas and the chicken tenders such great customer service there and the food is so good. I want to say thank you for all the great customer service that I received including the great gas prices. Whether you're just local or traveling through it's an amazing place to stop and get all your needs met so that you can continue your journey to the next spot. I will definitely be back on my way through on my next trip. Just know that this place is appreciated and all the time that you all take to prepare the great food and all of those things keeping the restrooms clean. You don't find that in every place that you stop at. But I found it here, and I just want to let you know that all your hard work is appreciated. I am one satisfied customer and I know there are plenty plenty more they may not even leave a review for you but I'm leaving you one because I think that you all deserve it and hopefully this will bring you more business. Read moreATTENTION EVERYONE....DO NOT USE CREDIT CARD HERE....FRAUD HAS BEEN DETECTED....pulled in to get gas in my vehicle and used credit card....total charge for fuel was $36.98....that was charged to my credit card AND a charge of $151!!!....when i was instantly alerted by my credit card company of the $151 charge i went back into the station and confronted the people working there....at first they said they would cancel the transaction and let me pay in cash instead....but one of the other employees jumped in saying they could not do that and that the $151 charge on my card was a holding fee to insure that the $36.98 charge for the gas would be covered on my card...they further told me the $151 charge would come off my card once the $36.98 charge was approved...I, along with the rep from my credit card company told them that it does not work that way....the employees stated that since they are just employees that they could not do anything about it (they tried to make it sound as if there franchise owner was responsible for this and that it happens to everyone).......after 20 minutes or so of arguing with them and the employees saying they cant do anything about it I left after I got assurances from my credit card company that the $151 charge would be reversed....I will never be back and I am notifying Pilot Flying J about this incident and try to pull there authorization from credit cards usage at...
