Subway — Restaurant in Waldo

order from this subway 3 to 4 times a week on the app. The couple who worked there until last friday were great. Never a problem. Ordered a beast with double meat on Friday with new people and sub was good but questionable on double meat based on my others I constantly buy. Reordered on Saturday for a 5:00 pickup and gave them until 5:10 to pick up so was ready. I get there and 2 new people and store is empty. Told them who i was and they said they were waiting for me to get there to make my sub incase I didn't show. I said if I don't show its already paid for what's the point of using the app for pickup. I said go ahead and make the sandwich. She pulls out an herb crusted roll and i said it supposed to be on white. She says this is all we have besides wheat. At that point I asked them to cancel the order and refund my money. They still haven't and i reached out to subway customer service. They read my email and sent me back a " we are glad we resolved your problem". I explained they had not but zero response back. I would avoid this restaurant that I have done business with for over 7 years several...

Walked in and the lone employee didn’t greet me, but instead starts working on an online order. 17 minutes later she finally speaks and said I’m sorry about your wait, 20 minutes after I walk in she finally asks what I want. I tell her I only want a 6 inch sub that would have taken less than a minute to make. She tells me I should have told her, which I might have done had she not waited 17 minutes to even acknowledge me. She then tells me she didn’t want to more customers to come in while she was waiting on me and that I didn’t have to wait (in other words I could have left). She is correct about that, but I told someone I would get them a specific sandwich, so I did.

Worst experience ever.

Unfortunately there isn’t much to choose from in this area, and now there is one less option for me.

Really nice restaurant. Appears to be new. I wonder if anyone even reads reviews for Subway. You get what you get. We’re grateful cause they’re usually in the middle of nowhere where there’s not many other options.

If you’re asking, my honest opinion, though it’s expensive for what you get. I splurged and got a drink today, which I chose Pepsi version of Sprite, whatever it’s called. It tasted like it was mixed with some other kind of soda. Maybe like a fruit punch or something. I got a toasted sandwich and about 3/4 of it was actually warm and toasted. The rest was not warm which is kind of weird when you’re expecting it all to be warm.

The total was $11 and some change for a 6 inch sandwich and a small drink. Again, not many options in the area since Google asked me to give my review,...
