The company I just started working for uses Mike for any of their IT needs. He recently was called in to install the new "Mini Computer" for me and WOW. The speed of the "Mini Computer" he installed BEATS any previous computer I've had. I work in what could be a fast paced environment so the fact that I don't have to worry about long wait times to load a program, no more worrying about my screen getting timed out due to my computer being overworked, it's been overall a 100/10 experience. I thought I was ready for a new laptop. Called Mike who told me to bring it in at my convenience which was next afternoon. He told me athough 6 years old, I had a very good computer and just needed to change to an up to date harddrive. Before noon the next day he called and said ready for pick up. When I arrived he told me he also completed a major Windows update. He had me start it up which took seconds rather than the at least 5 minutes, he checked another concern I had and all was good.
