Brittany is simply amazing! I lived in the Seattle area for 25 years before moving to Walla Walla 4.5yrs ago. During those years, I was blessed to have some incredible stylists; however, Brittany is a stand out! I'm a Type A when it comes to detail, and she really delivers. She always makes sure to listen to my feedback, and genuinely cares about the outcome. She's a great communicator and strives to ensure I experience feeling heard, pampered (i.e. fantastic head rub during the shampoo) and beautiful when I walk out the door. She also makes sure to confirm if anything needs tweaked afterwards, to let her know and she'll take care of it (which I've never needed). I consider that Nordstrom quality service. I got a cut and blonde highlights. My hair stylist was very fast and very good! Usually when I get my hair done, I’m in the hair salon for 4 hours but Chasity had me out at 2h and 45 minutes! I got so many compliments! I was surprised at the high price tag though. I have always paid around $180 at other salons and that is what I was expecting but it cost $235. It seems pretty common that hair stylists will tell you one price at the beginning and then after doing a lot of extra stuff to your hair you end up paying a lot more. I would love to know upfront how much I am paying instead of being surprised with a big bill at the end. Don’t get me wrong, amazing hair stylist and yes, I would go back to her. I've been a loyal client of Marcell since her early days of working at a downtown salon.
