After looking at a lot of slabs of granite in town and being told I had to just buy what others had in their selection, and their not very friendly service, it was a huge blessing to walk into DeBroeck and see all the color choices and to be cheerfully and warmly greeted by Tiffany who made choosing a color of our choice possible. She immediately found what we wanted online, even setting up an appointment so we could view a piece in Seattle ourselves (she ended up being totally right, but I had to see for myself). Our whole experience has been positive. Tiffany and Mark went out of their way, over the top, to make sure we had granite exactly how we wanted it: Marks multiple visits to help us decide what size of sink, letting us review the layout on the slabs, including us in layout choices, patiently answering all my many many questions. I came to DeBroeck to help me find a piece of granite for a new china cabinet that I was installing in my home. From the moment I walk into the showroom reception area it was a great experience. Tiffany greeted me at the door and made me feel welcome. Even though Mark DeBroeck was busy working, he took the time to look over some granite samples with me that might work for my china cabinet. He came to my house later that day and did some measuring for the granite. Mark even arranged his installation with the cabinet makers so that everything would fit and look spectacular. Mark, the owner, will lie, cheat, tell you how to do your remodel, and do the work on HIS terms. Think your his friend? He doesn't care- The only thing he cares about is MONEY. Boy is he a fast talker.. don't fall for it! He will give you an estimate only to turn around and add more fees at the end!
