This furniture store owners have been renting to my mom one of their houses for over 20 years, we asked them if we can have a little bday party for my one year old nephew , they always say that they need to ask the bank for permission to see if we can make a little party. But that’s a lie they hide behind a bank saying they didn’t allow it they are so cruel to us and not let us do anything there. They are so mean and have no heart whatsoever. Instead they told us to go across the street and do the party at the park . This furniture store owners are awful as a human beings . They also park their car in our driveway , a driveway that belongs to us, but they park there instead of parking in their store location. They barely fix anything in the house and if they do is pure Mickey Mouse’s fixes. They never hire professionals. They try to hire the cheapest workers they can , and take forever to repair anything . My mom has been the one paying out of pocket to install floors and paint. They are inhuman , all they care is about how to...

I had a very good experience with M&M furniture outlet. The salesperson was very educated on the description and availability of the product. I searched the internet for the perfect sofa that has a pull out bed and love seat and of course found them all over priced.. I was telling the sales person what my preferences were and what we currently have. She told us about all the various couches available and explained what they were made of (as well as the pull out bed). She was so knowledgeable and friendly! She never once pressured me into buying! I walked in this place and was able to get both at a very reasonable price.The leather couches that i purchased are great and the staff there is lovely. very knowledgeable...

I'm only giving a 2 because the lady there was so helpful. The mattress we got also. But the bed frame is horrible. My husband told me not to get it bc the wood seems bad quality. And boy was he right. The base board wood cranked. We bought a king size and they didn't put anything in the middle to keep it from breaking. They blamed it on physical abuse to the bed. That someone was jumping on it. I had a bed frame before that for almost 10 years and it never broke. Once I called they came to fix it with the smallest nails.
