King Taco # 26 — Restaurant in Huntington Park

I wish you can give two and a half stars, this is a mixed review. I have come to this King taco for a while, and it's a hit and miss recently I have had good experiences, foods made correctly, no attitude, it's been good. However I have also had beyond terrible experiences incorrect food, food made wrong, and while yes you can watch them make it, sometimes when there is like 30 people waiting for orders or standing around it's hard to find the person making your order until they call your number. They have no customer service or support if something does go wrong, they can careless about issues when you walk out the door, and even less if they are rude to customers. There is no survey or corporate number. My entire dinner was ruined once when they had our the red sauce all over my burrito making it inedible to me, it was 1hr before they closed and I couldn't go back I spoke to a manager he apologized and said come back tomorrow. I did (30 min away from me) when I showed up he said he needed the ruined burrito, I was not told that and had thrown it away since not even my dog could eat it. Suffice to say I didn't get it replaced I didn't get a refund I was now out of a 7$ burrito and 20$ in gas. So careful when you order here and you...

Avoid this king taco!! i went today to order 1 burrito and 2 sopes. after 20 minutes i notice that my order wasn't ready so asked the lady that took my order if my food was ready. first, she was trying to give me a wrong order so i had to show her the receipt. i waited another 20 minutes but my food wasnt ready. i again went to ask on the status of my food. at this time the lady told the cook to make my burrito and 2 tacos. i noticed he was making other orders except mine. i waited another 20 minutes. at that point i had enought so i requested to get a refund. then the lady said the food would be ready in 3 minutes. i told her i didnt want the food anymore since i waited for 1 hour. the lady lady refused to give me my money back. magically after waiting for 1 hour for my the food ready. at this time i didnt the food anymore. but since they refused to give me my money back i had to take the burrito and the 2 sopes.

Very rude staff!!!!!! If you don’t like your job , why bother showing up ? Manager guy that’s always around this time(7pm) is super rude. He must not enjoy his position . He needs to work on his attitude same goes to the cashiers. It’s crazy . Never in my life have I met such unhappy people. Leave your problems at home!! & to top it off They put so much red sauce on my burrito , my rice , beans etc is dripping in sauce. Like are you ok ??? Their meat taste so bad, it tasted old & raw!!!
