Now the e. R., I wouldn't go there for a paper cut. Need some friendly staff too, not just uptight ones. And the doctor was a jerk. I got caught in my dogs runner and he didn't see I was tangled up and took off running full speed and I flipped 6 ft in the air and landed on concrete. I landed on my arm. I was concerned it was broken by the way it felt. They did an exray after letting me lay there for an hour at least in pain. Didn't give me any meds. No sling to send me he with. They told me take some ibuprofen it will be alright. I have lived here 7 years and been 1 time. I will take the chance to drive to Jonesboro for my emergency room needs no matter if I'm bleeding everywhere.

Never in my 78 years of living have I ever been treated as rudely as I was when checking into your hospital for an X-ray. Amy at the check in counter is by far the rudest person I’ve ever come in contact with. She was obviously having a bad day over some situation with work as she kept talking to coworkers as she was checking me in. Her way of acknowledging me was ..what are we doing?
