Dollar Tree — Local services in Walnut Ridge

I am highly disappointed!!! I brought my 5 items to the counter, and accidentally dropped my 4 pack of sodas. I told the woman I would not pay for those because I dropped them and they got shook up. (If I dropped them because I lost grip then yea, I'd pay for them. But not if the holder broke as I was carrying it.)I then told the woman I was going back to get a different 4 pack. Proceeding to wait for her response before going back for the replacement 4pack she said ok. She scans my items and gives me the 4 pack that was broken. I didn't notice until I got home. And I was highly upset. And to be honest I wasn't even upset by the fact that she gave me the 4 pack that was deffective. It was the simple fact that she didn't say anything other than ok. She allowed me to walk back to the beverage aisle to get another one without informing me that I was (buying) the deffective product. Seemed like she was just doing her job as lazily...

I finally got to visit this dollar tree and I have to say that I had an amazing experience there! The 2 ladies were very helpful and polite and respectful. The store was stocked up so well! Loved going and I will definitely go back real soon. I live in Paragould and I have to say, our store should be ashamed of how they never stock like they should. Iles empty. Its sad. I hope they get better in the near future. Anyhow, thank you ladies and keep up the great work! 😊 Very satisfied...

Store was clean. Cashier wasn't bad but really wasn't happy with herself or her job. Alto she was courteous and good at her job. Was repeating the peeps contest proposal over and over. Which to me was annoying. But it's her job. I hope dollar tree looks at putting their working staff where they are good at the.ir job and happy with their placement. Not just put em there cause that's what you want . Peace be with you and I love shopping...
