A wonderful experience at Adventure Nest!
I took my niece to Adventure Nest on November 11th (Veterans Day), and despite it being super, super, SUPER busy, we had the best time. The space is adorable, clean, and packed with things for kids to explore. My niece didn’t stop smiling once.
The staff deserves a special shout-out — they were incredibly welcoming and handled the holiday chaos like pros. The manager in particular was amazing: knowledgeable, calm, and so kind. She had the perfect way of transitioning the kids when the time block ended. I’ve never seen kids leave so smoothly without a meltdown. Truly impressive.
One small suggestion: on holidays, it might help to space out the time slots a bit more because the crowding was real. I also overheard a few parents who didn’t seem to have realistic expectations — this place has only been open a month, and the team is doing an incredible job. A little patience goes a long way!
Overall, I highly recommend visiting. There’s so much to do, the staff is fantastic, and it’s such a great spot for little ones to burn off energy and have fun. We’ll...
Read moreI really wanted to love Adventure Nest, but our experience was so disappointing. The space is way too crowded — there are babies, toddlers, big kids, and parents all packed in together, which makes it feel chaotic and honestly unsafe. There are so many small toys lying around that seem like choking hazards for little ones, and the big slide is so fast that kids keep colliding at the bottom. The lack of organization and transparency around the two-hour play blocks is another big issue. When you purchase your time slot, they don’t make it clear that if you’re not there on time they won’t let you in even though you paid and reserved a 2 hour block. Parking is also a nightmare. Between the other businesses and limited spots nearby, it’s a stressful start before you even get inside. Overall, the place feels overbooked and under-managed (manager wasn’t very well trained on customer service and seemed very overwhelmed )It could be fun if they limited the number of families per time slot and clarified their policies, but as it stands, it’s not somewhere...
Read moreThe space is thoughtfully designed — it’s the kind of place you’d want to bring your child to on a rainy or cold day, and my child really enjoys it. However, I have a few suggestions for the management: It might be better to limit entry to one accompanying adult per child, as some of the indoor walkways are quite narrow and can get crowded with too many adults, making it harder for kids to move around. Please remind visitors to follow the rules. For example, I noticed some adults entering without socks, which doesn’t leave a good impression.
Aside from feeling quite crowded during both of our visits, it’s a lovely play...
