As of now they're getting a 1 star. These guys came out to install my countertops on September 3rd. Our cabinet with the sink wasn't level so they were unable to do anything until it was repaired or replaced. So I had a guy come out yesterday, the 11th. He repaired the cabinet. Now before this I had called camristone several times to try and get put on their schedule before the repair was officially done as I've been without countertops and a sink for 1.5 weeks now. They refused to let me schedule until the repair was done. So I call today on the 12th at 12:45, and was told the schedule guy was on lunch and they'd call back later. Well once it hit 3:15 I call again, now I'm told they can't get me in until the 18th, hence the whole reason I tried rescheduling before my cabinet was officially repaired. I've called before and it took them 1.5 days to recall me. Very unprofessional. So once they finally get here it will end up being 15 days without...

I received great service leading up to the countertop installation and I was very happy with the quality of quartz countertops and their installation. Unfortunately, my flooring was damaged during the moving of the refrigerator. At this point, the service went down hill. Emails and phone calls were not returned. It took months for them to finally tell me to get an estimate for replacement. After I jumped through all the hoops and emailed the estimate I had gotten, it took only minutes for them to respond with because my estimate was an upgrade from what I currently had they would not be compensating me anything. I was very disappointed. Of course anything you get today was going to be an upgrade from the old flooring I currently have. Cannot say enough good about these folks. Our house is an octagon shape with very few 90* angles, most walls are 67.5 or 22.5 degree angles. They did 3 large vanity tops with sinks and 2 separate kitchen tops with full height backspashes in Silestone. They look great! Getting there was not easy as their measurements were off and 2 pieces had to be re fabricated and 1 modified in the field. The final result is fantastic. Everything fit well and the seams are negligible. The field work was exceptional - a section of top had to be shortened, the edges resurfaced and a curve rebuilt. You cannot tell any difference from the shop fabricated edges. The installers were meticulous in detail and cleanup. The only signs that they were even here are the beautiful tops they left behind!...
