Dairy Queen (Treat) — Restaurant in Wanatah

I have been to this store at least 6 times this year, and every visit is a nightmare worse that the last. Today i walked into thd store at 1:00 in the afternoon and stood at the counter only to be ignored for a full two minutes. I was turning to walk out when one of the children looked over in my direction and said "we don't have any ice cream" I said excuse me?" He said" all we have is slushys." No " hello, or can I help you. I would be pretty put off by this kind of treatment at a normal store but unfortunately I have comd to expect exactly this from this particular store its always the same. We are out of hot fudge , we dont havd whipped cream, always out of most things on the menu or don't carry it anymore or its broken. I have never seen an adult in this place and rarely anyone over 15 years old. As if this wasn't bad enough that is just the kind of BS you get when you go into the store i dont even have enough time or room to tell you about the drive thru service. Lets just say if you aren't prepared to repeat your order at least 5 times and be told you cant get half of it, then you should just park and go in becsuse you will have to go in anyway to return the messed up order anyway. Apparently this franchise owner has told his child labor force that it is much more important to play games with their friends snd talk on their phones than to actually wait on customers and do their incredibly complicated jobs. If you want to havd a pleasant DQ experience you should go to the one in Valparaiso. The owner is slways there. The servicd is prompt and courteous, and they havd...

Wish I could have put no stars but not possible... First it took 5min waiting for someone to come to the window to place my order when I arrived to the window I payed and the lady says she’ll have my drink in just a moment.. about 3mins pass and a guy shows up and asks for $10 and told him how bad the experience it has been so far... I continued to tell him I had payed and then he brings up two big blizzards that we’re not mine.... when I told him it was not mine he said that the speaker on the inside is going bad and that someone is coming in to get it repaired.... after that ordeal the lady had just grabbed the banana for my strawberry banana drink... about 4mins pass and the guy brings it out about 2/3 full and I just took it... after telling him that it took 13mins for a small drink he says that they were very busy... Nobody was inside and only one person...

We ordered 2 blizzards, 1 was right...the second one was a disaster. The first one the girl turned over and handed it to us....great. The second blizzard was handed to us with a lid on it and wasnt turned upside down, we didn't think anything about it. My husband took the lid off and it was runny and had to eat with a spoon. The blizzard was ordered with extra Heath and we got that, but it was nothing more than a glorified milkshake. Very disappointed, we have had problems before and continue to come back...this is the last straw, we will go to another one that is a little further, but have not had problems at...
