This review expresses extreme disappointment with the service received at Subway on 8/10/25, precisely 35 minutes before the advertised closing time of 8:00pm. Despite arriving with ample time to make a purchase or order a meal, we were refused service and effectively turned away.
Refusing service to customers within posted business hours is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the establishment's commitment to customer service. We were left feeling frustrated and unwelcome. Read moreI used to work at subway so I feel a little over critical about it. The store looked clean and the food was made well. But I felt the service was a little slow. There was only one person running the store while I was there and he couldn't keep up with the line. His shirt seemed a little dirty but i know that can happen easily when doing prep. And I also saw he didn't wash his hands before putting on new gloves. Once a few people got there food after us Some one else came in to help with the mini rush and things smoothed out after that.
