Shirt Shack — Local services in Wareham

We have been waiting for a school jacket that we ordered the 1st week of December. We were told 4-6 weeks it has been over 3 months. We still do not have the jacket. We have made multiple trips into the store to find out what is going on. They told us a couple of weeks ago it would be done in a few days. Gave them extra time because of the storm. Still no jacket, promised they would have it next day, still no jacket. Promised a phone call when it would be in. No phone call as of yet. They had no problem taking our money and they haven't given an apology just excuses. Horrible...

Ordered a few items: beanies, hats & a sweatshirt w/ my logo on it. The beanies came out as desired, but the sweatshirt & hats came out unwearable. They tried to fix the sweatshirt, but the second attempt came out worse than the first. It wouldn't have been as bad except I was told " that happens with a hat like this with that style logo." Luckily, I was able to cancel another hat that was back ordered, but I current stuck with a pair of hats and a sweatshirt that are unwearable that didn't get refunded. They are going to end up in the trash, I literally threw...

Amazing place, more amazing people. Wish I could give them more than 5 stars. I wanted my son's sweatshirt monogrammed with his name and year of graduation on the sleeve, and there was a miscommunication between us so it ended up in the wrong place. They printed a whole new sweatshirt and monogrammed that one- no additional cost. And the original cost was extremely inexpensive. The staff is fantastic to work with.
