Vermont North Ski Shop — Local services in Warren

I bought a pair of Obermeyer ski pants for a few hundred dollars there because I forgot mine back home. They ripped the one time I used them skiing that day and I dropped them back off to see if I could exchange them or get them repaired. They called me back days later and said they wouldn’t exchange them. I drove back up to Sugarbush to ski and stopped in just to pick them up and they couldn’t find them. I asked them to ship them to me when they did find them and left my address. I called 5 -10 times leaving voicemails and they never called me back. Basically charged me $300 for defective ski pants and then stole them....

Staff are friendly, but the rental price is not. They are $9 cheaper than the weekend rate at the sugarbush resort, but still more expensive than the weekday rate at sugarbush. They don’t have multi day discount, so if you renting 2 or more days, it’s even MORE expensive than renting at sugarbush directly.
