This is a unique experience of multiple vendors (ID#) selling their wares in 3 floors. I came in with my Service 🐕‍🦺 Dog, these isles are very tight, not a single item was disturbed. I would suggest that Management take another look on where the proper Signage should be place for someone such as I, never being inside before. For example: 1) the Sign for the Unisex Bathroom & Access for the Key should be All a the same location, know one wants to run to a Public Bathroom and if they can find it, see a little sign on that door to Pick-up the Key by the Register, when that Key is hanging on a nail on the opposite end. And or, once you exit that bathroom and make a right (handing that Key over to another patron), your actually standing where the Stairs, down, to the Furniture Department with that sign on that Stairway Wall next to your right elbow, but, you can't see it, and continue Searching the 2nd, then 1st Floors and need to ask, Where's your Furniture Department. Approach the front register to check out after shopping and overheard the employee and the owner discussing a trans man using very unkind remarks and statements of how they should hide themselves and how they shouldn't be living the life they live all I could do was look at them in disbelief ,that is awful that you feel that way whenever you choose to change the color of your hair from the god-given color that you were given or obviously have plastic surgery to change the face that you were given. how is that any different from him seeing what he doesn't want to see in the mirror and being strong enough to go about his way of changing that and I bet you he never once had a rude remark or thought about you, or focused on degrading you and you've taken it upon yourself to publicly do just that..

Went for a lovely lunch @ Cafe Backladder with my mom and we happened to order some loose leaf tea & carrot cake to go. On the walk home we decided to stop in this antique store. I made it about 10 feet inside before I was accosted by one of the workers & asked to hand over my food bag to be put behind the counter per store policy. My mother was already ahead of me. I happened to mention it as we were looking around and it upset her enough that she wanted to leave the store immediately. We had to wait in line to get our bag back. When we got home, I proceeded to put the cake in the fridge and I realized the items were in a completely different order than before... THEY WENT THROUGH MY FOOD! Who does that?
